Your use of this Website and/or your acceptance without modification of any terms, conditions and disclaimers contained herein constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and disclaimers.

This website is not associated with and does not form part of any other website of the same or similar name and representations made on any such website are not the responsibility or liability of Law Express Limited.

1. Refund Policy

If you have requested a fixed price telephone legal advice call, but we determine, in our sole discretion, that due to the unusual or complex points of law revealed, such a service is not relevant or appropriate, we will advise you accordingly and refund any charges.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract but this must be done PRIOR T0 the provision of Legal Advice.

If you have purchased a CD-ROM product and find that the product is faulty and not fit for its purpose, please return the product to LAW Express where we will evaluate it and advise you accordingly.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.

2. Disclaimers and Limited Warranty for Services

The provision of any services through this website will be subject to the conditions described herein and do not affect your statutory rights.

(a) Services

If you wish to purchase and use a Service on this site, provided you meet the conditions described below, such services will, based upon information you provide, be delivered by advisors with relevant legal experience in the field selected.

The names of other companies, products or services referred to in this site (if any) may be the trade marks or trade names of their respective owners. Any unauthorised use of any of these trade marks or trade names is prohibited.

LAW Express Limited is the exclusive owner of this website and all copyright, database rights, patent rights and other intellectual property rights relating to this website and its content, documents, data, design, text, images, graphics, layout, functioning, software (including applets) and source code.

Prices, including all applicable taxes, for all services offered herein are set out at the appropriate pages throughout this website.

Payment for fixed price telephone legal advice or Annual Membership Schemes must be made in full either by payment on-line within the secure site specified or by direct contact with LAW Express Limited . Payments can be made by credit/debit card only. Services will not be provided until we have received confirmation of payment of these amounts.

Once payment confirmation is received, we will deliver the service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained within this website.

If we are unable to assist in a particular circumstance as outlined in Clause 1 (a) above and payment has been taken, we will refund all monies due and deemed payable by LAW Express Limited.

7. Cancellation

Once this Agreement has been concluded, you will have no right to cancel the contract in relation to Fixed Price Services and your payment in respect thereof will therefore be non-refundable in accordance with statutory regulations laid down in Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000.

8. Other Disclaimers

This site may include hyperlinks to other websites and are provided for your convenience only (if at all). We do not endorse any linked sites or accept any responsibility for the content of such sites.

Whilst we make reasonable effort to ensure that this website and its server are virus-free, we cannot guarantee that this is the case and it is recommended that you use your own virus-free protection software. 10. Termination or Suspension

Maintenance or repairs may be carried out to this site from time to time. Access to the site can be terminated upon notice to you by email or by the withdrawal of this website. This Agreement will terminate and services you have already purchased, but have not received at date of termination/suspension, will be provided or, at our option, any monies paid in respect of services refunded (subject to any right of set off).

If we terminate this Agreement, you will cease all use of this webstie and its contents, except any rights of purchase you have accrued hereunder, will not be affected. Restrictions as set out in Clause 4 above will remain in effect after termination of this Agreement.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

Your use of this website and its contents will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any legal disputes relating to this Agreement.

13. Definitions

'YOU' means the legal person entering this Agreement (whether an individual, a company or any other legal entity) and includes anyone reasonably appearing to us to be acting with your authority or permission.

'WE/US' means LAW Express Limited whose address is…..

'SERVICES' ,means the provision of telephone legal advice schemes, on a per calls basis or as an employee or member benefit or otherwise; Will drafting services; Counselling services; HR training and employment law seminars; and any other services now or at any time to be included within the LAW Express services range

'SUPPLIER' means the provision of a service by an outside third party appointed by LAW Express to provide such service.
