1. The prize draw is open to mainland UK residents aged 18 or over. 2. The prize draw is not open to employees of LawExpress or anyone connected with organisation or with the promotion. 3. Entry is free and without obligation, other than adherence to these rules, and no purchase is necessary. 4. The prize in the draw is for a Seasonally Sumptuous Chilled Marks & Spencer Hamper, worth £100. 5. The winner will be drawn at random from the entries received on or before 21st December 2009. 6. The prizes include free delivery to a UK mainland addresss. 7. Only one entry per person is permitted, unless you've supplied a friends email then your entry will be doubled. 8. The winner's name will be available upon request. The winner will be notified by email and the prize will be despatched (as long as postal address details are fully supplied). 9.
